Francisco Miranda
Managing Partner & Founder
Francisco is an experienced M&A specialist and the founder of FMAS Corporate. With 15+ years of expertise in advising on complex transactions, he has a proven track record of delivering high-value solutions across Europe and Latin America, specifically within the Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, and Real Estate sectors.
Throughout his career, Francisco has held key leadership roles, including leading the Corporate Finance and Private Equity divisions at Grupo Golden. His extensive background in the investment landscape includes serving as a member of the investment committee for a UK-based Private Equity fund and holding board positions in several companies across the Pharma, Biotech, and TMT sectors.
With more than 30 successful transactions in Venture Capital and Private Equity, Francisco combines deep market knowledge with a strong academic foundation, holding an MSc in Management (with a focus on M&A), an MBA, and a degree in Engineering and Industrial Management.

Ana Simões
Partner & Founder
Senior Researcher at the Centre for Industrial & Systems Engineering and Management from INESC TEC in the field of technology adoption and innovation process. Invited Professor at Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto (FEUP). She was also Invited Assistant and Invited Professor at University of Minho.
Researcher/consultant in several R&D projects in the areas of technology adoption, innovation process, design and development of advanced training programs and healthcare planning. Author of several publications in international journals in the field of management, technology management and healthcare planning/management. Before joining INESC TEC she worked as senior consultant in health strategy management and planning, developing several consulting projects for the regional and national government bodies of the healthcare sector.
